Williams has been out load-bearing last year's "West," which reached No. 14 on the The Billboard two hundred and scored two Grammy nominations for the individual "Come On."
The Louisiana native is presently working on her succeeding album, "Little Honey," which is a collection of bluesy rockers and content love songs, according to Rolling Stone. The 13-track effort reportedly includes guest appearances by Elvis Costello, Matthew Sweet, Susanna Hoffs and bluegrass singers Jim Lauderdale and Charlie Louvin. Williams closes the set with a cover of AC/DC's "It's a Long Way to the Top (If You Wanna Rock 'n' Roll).
Even though "Little Honey" has yet to be released, "Jailhouse Tears," the runway featuring Costello, is already making an impression. Paste Magazine latterly rated the song No. 5 on its Top 10 list of best country/rock duets.
A drop date for the new album has not been announced.
